Book Selling

 “Book Selling”
WALT choose the right information about a book we have read, that will encourage others to want to read it when we share it with them..

Title of book

A Snicker Of Magic

Tell us about the author
The author of this book is Natalie Lloyd, she is 38 years old and lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee. When she is not writing she likes to collect old books, listen to bluegrass music and explore mountain towns with her dog, Biscuit. Her first book is A Snicker Of Magic and her second is The Key To Extraordinary. She is a writer because she wants to entertain young people and people that are young at heart with magical books that will intrigue all ages.
Explain who the characters are using descriptive language.
The main character Felicity Pickle is a little socially awkward, she has trouble making friends because she is moving around all over the states with her mum and sister, she is a word collector, she sees words everywhere and puts them in her blue books.

Jonah is Felicity's best friend, he uses a wheelchair and has ginger hair with sparkly green eyes that are covered by glasses. He is the second beedle and helps people and also makes people happy.

Berry and stone weatherly are the brothers that brought magic into midnight gulch with their magical instruments that made everyone dance. They had a duel and berry got the curse of a wandering heart and left midnight gulch and soon after stone left too and they were never seen again or were they?

Tell us enough about the beginning of the story so that everyone will understand what they are about to read.
They are on the road driving to midnight gulch and felicity’s mum is telling her and Franie-jo a story about midnight gulch having no magic. They soon arrive and meet their aunty at her apartment, not long after they all go to bed ready for the big day tomorrow.

Finally, read an exciting, interesting, or amusing passage from your book. (Stop reading at a moment that leaves the audience hanging and add "If you want to know more you’ll have to read the book."

I waited for Jonah to give his usual speech about Isabella’s curse, but he didn’t. Instead, he nodded and said,
“Then we’ll find her.”
Even Jonah had to face the truth: Our time was almost up. Would we save her in time? DUN DUN DUN
“If you want to know more you’ll have to read the book.”
